Oceana edge out Oppidani

Oceana defeated Oppidani in NMMU Steinhoff Koshuisrugby League action in Port Elizabeth last (Monday) night, whilst Northerns remained on the winning track with a 'nilling' of the NMMU Under-19 team.
Oceana and Oppidani, both of whom were victorious over the past two weeks, met in a tough encounter, with the latter finishing on top - narrowly - by 14-8.
Northerns, the Madibas' representatives in the 2010 Steinhoff Koshuisrugby Championships, will once again be hoping to end the season as the top Koshuis team in Port Elizabeth. And they did their cause no harm with a comprehensive 28-0 win over the Under-19s.
In other action, there were victories for the Pointers, the Rangers and the Stallions, whilst Quins and Xanadu played to a draw.
