  • Kicking competition

How does the kicking competition work? Each of the 5 fans will have one opportunity to kick a pink rugby ball into the FNB & Steinhoff "basket", 30m away (5 fans x 1 kick = 5 kicks). The basket will be 4 wedges placed in a diamond shape, and the ball has to come to rest within this shape or basket. You can kick it any way you like. You have to kick it from the 15m line closest to the grand stand on the halfway line, to the opposite side of the field, into the basket, which will be based on the 15m line near the opposite side of the field on the halfway line as well. This can be changed as the university see fit, but this competition during half time needs to be prominent.
