Early on in the season the Ikey Tigers & Prof Grootboom took some time off their training schedule to help out at Sisters Incorporated, a home for abused woman and children.
The team helped with odd jobs around the house, cleaning, fixing and having some fun, while doing their bit to make the home a bit more comfortable for it's residents.
