Monitor turn tables on Patriot
Steinhoff Monitor, the reigning champions of Steinhoff Koshuis League action at TUT, bounced back to form with a 22-0 Round Two win over Steinhoff Patriot on Thursday.
Having gone down 5-43 on Monday night - at the hands of Steinhoff Magalies - Monitor showed their quality to put one over the previously unbeaten Patriot.
The in-form Magalies remained unbeaten and are now in charge in the Yellow Pool, but the Red Pool is still wide open with Steinhoff Lezard and Monitor boasting a win each and TUT Shos yet to open their account.

MATCH 1: Steinhoff Monitor 22 Steinhoff Patriot 0
The 2011 Champions Steinhoff Monitor are back to winning ways - scoring three tries to nil in the match and keeping alive their play-off - and title defence - chances. Fullback Schalk van der Berg (Steinhoff Monitor) was named Man of the Match.
MATCH 2: Steinhoff Lezard 14 Cent Spartans 8
Lezard scored two tries in their victory over the Spartans. Jarryd Fourie (Steinhoff Lezard) was named Man of the Match.
MATCH 3: Steinhoff Magalies 43 Steinhoff TUT Shos 0
Magalies scored seven tries in their victory over Steinhoff TUT Shos. Flyhalf Ewald Meiring (Steinhoff Magalies) received his second Man of the Match Award of the season.
The last round of league fixtures will take place on Monday, with five of the six teams still in with a chance of reaching the finals. (See the logs below.)
Of course, the overall winner of TUT's Koshuis title will represent the Men from Tshwane in next year's Steinhoff Koshuisrugby Championships which runs in conjunction with the Varsity Cup.
