Steers is coming through with a full-on lifestyle presence at Varsity Cup 2026, bringing the flavour on and off the field.

You’ll definitely notice the Steers scooter ball drop making a statement on TV games, with a refreshed look, a driver in a Steers bomber jacket, and a Steers flag flying proud. At selected games, they’re even adding a bit of theatre with purple smoke as the ref collects the ball. It’s one of those moments that just feels like Varsity Cup.

At half-time, Steers is switching things up with a brand-new activation: Steers Milkshake Pong. Four participants step up, throw a Steers-branded rugby ball, and aim to land it in one of six oversized milkshake cups. The twist? Every cup has a prize inside, but nobody knows what they’re hitting until it lands. If it stays in the cup, you win what's inside. Expect anything from Steers vouchers to bucket hats, tees, drawstring bags, bottles, and cup coolers.

Keep your eyes out as Steers is going to be running a digital competition on their platforms whereby, they will be giving away 6 VIP pitch side experiences to certain games. The winners will get the opportunity to watch the game from the Steers VIP area on the side of the field, and they will also get Steers meals delivered to them at half time. 

And of course, when the tries start flying, Steers stays in the conversation with Try of the Week content and the season-ending flex: Steers Top Try Scorer awards across Varsity Cup Men, Varsity Cup Women, and Varsity Shield.
